Job Description

We are seeking 6 Production Associates to join our team, with 2 positions available on each of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. As a Production Associate, you will work on the production floor pulling parts off machines, de-gating parts (cutting off gates from the molds/parts), and packing parts for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts off machines on the production floor

• De-gate parts by cutting off gates from molds/parts

• Pack parts and prepare them for shipping

Essential Skills

• Attention to detail

• Good manual dexterity

• Ability to work in a repetitive, task-oriented role for 8 hours a day for up to 8 weeks

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Some manufacturing experience is a plus, but not necessary

• Experience as a line cook or in food preparation is advantageous

• Ability to follow directions and stay organized

Work Environment

You will work on a clean, organized, and well-lit production floor in the Assembly department. The schedule includes a 1st shift orientation from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on the first day, followed by training on your designated shift. Temporary assignments have an abbreviated orientation lasting about an hour. Regular shifts are Monday-Friday: 1st shift (7:00 am-3:30 pm), 2nd shift (3:00 pm-11:30 pm), and 3rd shift (11:00 pm-7:30 am).

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55
