  • Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an Assembler II to join their team. As an Assembler II, you will be part of the production team supporting manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work efficiently in a team, analyze and address problems independently, and be self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

    Job Title: Assembler II

    Location: Hillsboro, OR

    Pay Range: $24 per hour

    Shift: Monday to Friday, 2 PM - 10:30 PM

    What's the Job?

    • Conduct assembly, alignments, and final configurations of components.

    • Conduct assembly work applying prescribed methods using a variety of hand tools, fixtures, and test equipment.

    • Collect test data, use databases and other office programs to document the manufacturing process.

    • Participate in resolving production challenges and making process decisions.

    • Assist in the selection and/or set-up of specialized equipment.

    What's Needed?

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.

    • 1 year of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience required.

    • Background in precision mechanical assembly and low-volume, sophisticated manufacturing processes required.

    • Experience in lean manufacturing, 6S and continuous improvement a plus.

    • Previous assembly experience in a Clean Room environment is a plus.
