Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler to join our team. As a Medical Device Assembler, you will be responsible for precise assembly and testing of medical devices. Your tasks include microscopic work, soldering, and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a cleanroom environment. Responsibilities: ? Perform precise assembly tasks using microscopes and soldering techniques. ? Adhere to SOPs to ensure compliant and quality-driven assembly processes. ? Work in a cleanroom environment, following strict cleanliness and contamination control protocols. ? Conduct visual inspections and resolve any defects or abnormalities in the assembled devices. ? Collaborate with the team, report issues, and ensure efficient production. Qualifications: ? Previous experience in medical device assembly or a similar manufacturing environment (4 years) ? Proficiency in microscopic work, soddering, and adherence to SOPs. ? Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and maintaining cleanliness standards. ? Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to interpret technical instructions. ? communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
