  • This role is a key member of the ASO Billing System Administration Team within Group Benefits Sponsor Financial Services. It is accountable for handling a wide variety of setups, changes, service-related work orders and the maintenance of client contracts specific to the ASO system.

    Responsibilities

    • Actively reviews all requests via work orders; monthly scheduled jobs, DGF and AIM for new setups, and changes to existing client contracts, and consistently completes all requests before the billing cycle with the highest accuracy and detail.

    • Interact with business partners such as Underwriting, Client Financial Reporting, and the Service teams to resolve non-standard requests, inaccuracies, and custom requests to understand the client's requirements.

    • Resolve any billing-related issues.

    • Consistently achieving established service commitments including both individual productivity/quality goals and service standards

    • Other tasks/responsibilities as assigned/required.

    What we are looking for

    • Nice to have: Bilingual (French & English) - The successful candidate could also have to communicate in French to support clients from various jurisdictions including Quebec.

    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize short turnaround times.

    • Strong mathematical aptitude

    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    • Client and service-oriented, showing initiative to question processes and always looking for improvements within the department.

    • Consistently meet or exceed department standards and accuracy.

    Technical Skills

    • Financial balancing

    • Intermediate spreadsheet skills - knowledge of functions and pivot table

    Salary range is expected to be between

    $43,800.00 CAD - $73,000.00 CAD
