Reporting to the Education Solutions Manager the Learning Architect is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality educational programs that enhance customer success and create exceptional learning experiences. Using your expertise in educational methodologies and production tools, you will refine and expand our educational infrastructure for customers of our software solutions. By collaborating with subject matter experts, you will ensure the content aligns with customer needs and roles
As a Learning Architect you will influence strategic initiatives, promote learning technologies, and support digital and self-service learning programs that drive customer revenue. You will work with the Education team to deliver scalable and impactful learning solutions aligned with our core values.
This position is part of the Education Team located in United States and will be remote . You must be located in United States or Canada (Vancouver area is preferred)
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to align educational content with product roadmaps and customer needs.
Develop high-quality instructional content, including LMS assessments, self-paced modules, and interactive webinars to help customers optimize software use.
Contribute to content maintenance, ensuring instructional materials are accurate, up-to-date, user-friendly, and delivered in effective formats, identifying gaps and creating or refining materials as needed.
Deliver live technical training sessions via the LMS and engage with the customer community through the forum.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible instructions for audiences with varying levels of expertise.
Deliver engaging and dynamic training sessions to diverse and huge audiences, including customers, associates, and leadership.
The essential requirements of the job include:
7+ years of experience delivering live, in-person, and virtual trainings.
Experience speaking in front of large audiences.
Skilled in content development, multimedia learning elements including designing, scripting, video editing/production, graphics, and file maintenance. Ability to design comprehensive customer onboarding
Experience in course design and eLearning integration via LMS platforms.
Ability to align content strategies with business objectives to increase user engagement and profitability, particularly through an LMS platform.
Proficiency with content creation tools (Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia preferred).
Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis skills.
Experience with JIRA & DeskPro is preferred.
Project management experience is highly desirable
A second language would be a plus.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
