About the Role

As an Appointment Scheduler, you'll be a key part of the team, helping clients access tax preparation services. Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and addressing callers' needs.

• Answering common questions with clarity and professionalism.

• Scheduling tax preparation appointments and managing rescheduling requests.

• Maintaining and updating multiple calendars efficiently.

This is a contract role (with opportunity for returning to support future needs) estimated to span January to March. Initial 6-8 weeks will be 8a-4:30p (Mon-Fri) and the remaining weeks 8a-Noon (still Mon-Fri).

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.

• Problem-solving abilities to address scheduling conflicts and client concerns.

• A dedication to providing a positive and seamless experience for clients.

• Preferred experience: Appointment scheduling, administrative support, or customer service.

• Familiarity with nonprofit organizations is a plus!
