  • Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking an Applications Coordinator to join their team. As an Applications Coordinator, you will be part of the Applications team supporting customers and sales reps. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be able to work independently, and have experience with Microsoft Office programs.

    Location: Huntersville, NC

    Pay Range: Competitive salary based on experience

    What's the Job?

    • Interface directly with customers and sales reps on a variety of applications related issues, providing them with best solutions for their needs.

    • Must be comfortable with product selling

    • Follow up with customers on open orders, quotes and inquiries to bring in revenue and fulfill orders

    • Assist manager in scheduling applications service as required.

    • Assist manager in creating technical service quotes for customers

    • Process work orders

    • Answer customer calls and emails

    • Set up customers for classes including adding classes to the schedule, quoting, checking for available training credits, and completing registration

    • Send customer quotes for on-site jobs, set up schedule

    • Complete all team billing for local centers in timely manner

    • Maintain inventory and ordering of training materials

    • Order office supplies

    What's Needed?

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

    • Ability to work independently

    • Follow-through and questioning skills

    • Confidence, professionalism, strong customer service and outstanding telephone skills

    • Demonstrated organizational skills

    • Superior proven skills with all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)

    • Experience managing databases, SalesForce a plus

    • Experience with ERP systems, LX a plus

    • PowerPoint experience a plus
