Key Responsibilities

• NetSuite Support:Provide technical support for NetSuite users across various departments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite modules, including financials, CRM, ERP, and ecommerce.

• Assist users with NetSuite configuration, customization, and data management.

• Maintain and update NetSuite system documentation.

• Data Management:Import, export, and manage data within NetSuite.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy.

• Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards.

• System Enhancements:Collaborate with business users and technical teams to identify and implement system enhancements.

• Assist in the development and testing of NetSuite customizations and integrations.

• Stay up-to-date with NetSuite updates and releases.

• User Training:Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite features and functionality.

• Develop training materials and documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Application Support Specialist or similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules and functionalities.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript or SuiteBuilder.

• Knowledge of integration platforms and APIs.

• Experience with data migration and conversion.

• NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite SuiteFoundation, SuiteAnalytics).
