Skills / Experience Needed

Experience with Logging using tools like Kibana, Datalog, Grafanna is very important

• Subject matter expert for multiple enterprise applications including Windows 10/11, Chrome, MBAM\BitLocker, Microsoft Office Suite

• 2+ years' experience with Software developer\scripting. Languages: SQL, VB.NET, VBScript, PowerShell

• Application support experience

• Experience in querying and preprocessing data from structured and/or unstructured databases using query languages such as SQL, HQL, NoSQL, etc.

• Experience developing business work that leverage business intelligence platforms, data management platforms, or SQL-based languages (Tableau, Business Objects, Snowflake, Hadoop, Netezza, NoSQL, ANSI SQL, or related).

• Experience with directly supporting contact center representatives.

• Experience with Network Infrastructure, Client Computing and Desktop Management

• Customer-focused, dependable, committed, and able to multitask.

• Ability to work independently to research complex technical issues and generate creative/innovative solutions.

• Proven communication skills with the ability to deliver communication to all levels of management.

• Experience working directly with business partners and IT departments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

SQL, scripting experience a plus to have. Experience with Logging using tools like Kibana, Datalog, Grafanna is very important. From an attitude perspective, need to own that space. Be proactive when available. Not just work tickets assigned. All hands on deck approach to support. Former experience in Trade floors would be helpful.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $60.00
