Key Responsibilities

• As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Responsible for team decisions.

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Master proficiency in Epic Systems is required. Master level of proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is recommended.

• Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance system performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve system efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

• 4 years of work experience

• Epic Inpatient

• Ability to work West Coast Hours

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associates

• Certifications

• Epic EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation

• EPIC EpicCare Inpatient Orders

• Epic Willow Inpatient

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
