    We are seeking an Application Development Project Manager/Lead to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of various building sensor systems, providing critical vendor management, system training, data governance, and system adoption facilitation.

    EXPERIENCE WITH SMART BUILDING SENSORS IS REQUIRED!

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the development and implementation of various building sensor systems

    • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers as needed

    • Conduct basic system training for users and stakeholders

    • Implement data governance procedures to ensure the accuracy and security of system data

    • Facilitate system adoption among users, providing support and troubleshooting as needed

    • Respond to user feedback and system issues, implementing enhancements and improvements as necessary

    • Monitor and manage customer credit accounts, taking appropriate action on delinquent payments

    • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals

    • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in technology.

    Requirements - Proven experience in Application Development Project Management or similar role

    • Proficiency in Customer Service and Training

    • Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) Administration and Scheduling

    • Strong Project Management skills

    • Experience with About Time, Workstation Support, Troubleshoot, Implementation, Integration, and Monitoring Tool

    • Excellent Time Management skills

    • Knowledge in Real Estate

    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team setting

    • Experience in managing Suppliers

    • Familiarity with ~~~ and R Code

    • Ability to work Onsite

    • Basic understanding of Computer Hardware

    • Experience in Enhancement, Templates, Vendor Management

    • Strong Analytical Skills and Critical Thinking

    • Knowledge of Connectivity

    • Proficient in English language

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards long-term goals
