    Our established family practice invites an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our dedicated patient care team. FirstHealth of the Carolinas is a private, award-winning, community-based, not-for-profit health care network serving mid-Carolinas.

    • Established clinic on our hospital campus in Raeford, just outside of Fayetteville.
    • Treat patients from birth to age 90+.
    • Patient care team includes three physicians and two APPs.
    • 4.5 workdays, protected admin time.
    • Nearby Convenient Care clinic provides after-hours and weekend services for patients.

    Qualifications:

    • PA must be a graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and have NCCPA certification.
    • NP must be a graduate of a Nurse Practitioner Education program and have national certification.
    • 3+ years of stable practice history and solid experience treating all ages in a busy Primary Care setting is required. Not suitable for new grad.
    • The ideal candidate is a someone who thrives in a busy Primary Care clinic and conveys a genuine interest in delivering quality patient care to a diverse population.
    • Must be comfortable independently managing assigned patients in a busy practice environment with minimal oversight from the supervising physician.
    • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion in decision making.
    • Clean background, NC license, NC DEA, and AHA BLS certification required.
