AP (Accounts Payable) Clerk

Description

Robert Half is partnering with a Brookfield area client in the recruiting for an AP Clerk to join their team. The AP Clerk will be tasked with entering and verifying invoices, processing payments to vendors, reconciling accounts payable statements, resolving invoice discrepancies, and maintaining detailed financial records related to company debts, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers.

This is a permanent placement opportunity offering full health benefits, 3+ weeks of paid time off as well as paid holidays, 401k matching and flexible schedule.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in Accounts Payable (AP) operations

• Proven experience with high volume invoice entry

• Prior experience in a role requiring accuracy and detail

• Familiarity with Yardi Property Management software a plus
