    Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.

    Analytics Advisory Associate Manager

    • Lead a global ads sales operations team and drive consistency in executing the rhythm of business, R&Rs, OKRs, processes and deliverables

    • Partner with client and internal stakeholders on driving seller productivity and revenue attainment through data-driven insights

    • Own global Change Management & governance for Sales Operations

    • Ensure that Sales Ops priorities and activities positively impact the business, particularly seller productivity, revenue and efficiency.

    • Partner with Cross Functional teams such as L&D, Quality, Program management and cater to their reporting and analytics needs

    • Hiring, onboarding and continuous development of Regional Sales Operations Leads (direct reports)

    • Identify global or regional trends, best practices and learning that can be scaled up to improve revenue attainment and seller productivity

    This is a remote position

    Basic Qualifications

    • 6 years of experience in Sales Strategy and Operations in an Ads Sales program within the Sales & Marketing Digital Ad Industry

    • Minimum of 4 Years of experience communicating directly with client, internal stakeholders, and cross functional teams

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree

    • High proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and/or G-Suite

    • Strong reporting skills internal stakeholders and cross functional teams

    • People leadership experience

    • Excellent verbal, written, data storytelling and visualization skills

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth ~~~ accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
