How will you make an impact in this role?
As a key member of the New Cardmember Acquisition team, the Analyst/Sr. Analyst, Proprietary Card Acquisition will be responsible for the success of our proprietary card portfolios across all acquisition channels. The ideal candidate has a passion for and knowledge of marketing, excellent analytical skills, an aptitude towards innovation, strong communication skills, and sharp project & stakeholder management skills - all of which are all critical to success in the role.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for profitable acquisition performance across our Commercial and Consumer proprietary card products.
Determine the optimal product positioning for each proprietary card product; develop and lead multi-channel campaigns and communication strategies to drive the right acquisition portfolio mix.
Execute deep-dive analyses to understand product performance; translate insights into actionable strategies to optimize product performance.
Consistent monitoring of competitor and industry trends to inform product offer strategies.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Blue Box to share learnings and develop winning, collaborative strategies that drive impact for our Acquisition organization and for the Enterprise.
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
University degree in Marketing / Business / Commerce, or equivalent combination of education and business experience.
Marketing expertise with a passion for innovation and analytics.
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to take initiative & champion a project from conception through implementation and evaluation. Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills across a diverse group of internal and external partners; proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive shared outcomes.
Strong analytical toolkit.
Detail-oriented with the ability to execute with high degree of accuracy.
An understanding of the financial levers that drive our business model.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities in a dynamic environment.
Proven ability to prioritize and adjust quickly to shifting priorities while delivering quality work.
Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment, drive alignment, and communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences.
