How will you make an impact in this role?
As a key member of the New Cardmember Acquisition Team, the role of Analyst/Senior Analyst, Digital Lead Strategy will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Card acquisition strategies that drive digital lead capture, journey optimization, and conversion. This is an exciting opportunity to evolve our approach to digital lead generation, unlocking new levels of growth and efficiency for our Consumer and Commercial Card portfolios.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, acquisition, and data analytics. They will also have an aptitude for innovation and be a strong collaborator, working across teams including Acquisition Channel Owners, Sales, Product, and Brand to drive results.
Responsibilities will include:
Define and execute strategies for growing, optimizing, and converting digital leads across our Consumer and Commercial Card portfolios.
Partner with Analytics and Sales to optimize targeting, driving elite prospecting.
Manage always-on digital campaigns to capture leads in priority segments (includes Media planning, creative development of ads, and test & learn curriculum).
Optimize the digital lead journey based on data insights, including routing across digital and dialogue channels, and lead warming /nurture treatments, with a focus on Commercial Card acquisition.
Partner with Tech to define and deliver against a robust capabilities roadmap to enable strategic priorities.
Liaise with other acquisition channel owners to leverage digital lead capture / acquisition journey capabilities (including Face To Face, Search Engine Optimization, and Site).
Establish and track Key Performance Indicators, leveraging results insights to drive strategic recommendations.
Monitor the competitive environment to ensure our digital lead strategy is positioned for success in the Canadian market.
Qualifications :
Marketing expertise with a passion for innovation.
Experience running digital marketing campaigns, including Paid Media and Paid Search. Experience working with Sales teams is a plus.
Strong strategic and analytical skills. Proven track record of leveraging data to develop recommendations and implementation plans.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with third party media teams and internal stakeholders.
Proven ability to drive results while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence and proven ability to rally others around a vision.
