Analyst, Product Surveillance

Experis IT ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Medical device organization in the St. Paul, MN and Plymouth, MN for a Product Surveillance Analyst role to assist their team. This is an on-site role.

Title: Product Surveillance Analyst

Pay Rate: $20-25/hr on W2

Location: This position will be at Plymouth, MN, location or our St. Paul, MN location. The ability to travel to both locations is a requirement. (100% onsite)

Duration: 12 months Contrcat to hire

Job Description :

This position will analyze and submit complaints and/or investigate returned products from the field (some biohazard as they are used in surgery).

• 4-year degree science background; bio, chem, life sciences, etc.

• Complaint handling, investigation of product performance experience nice to have

• Highly organized - able to prioritize well

• Cross functional communication

• 2 positions: o Someone with lab experience for investigation

o Manage complaint file start to end - good communication

• Needs to be someone who can work at Plymouth and/or St. Paul - location may change depending on product and where need is
