    Position Summary

    As a team member of Client Services Operations, the CSO Workflow Support Administrator Analyst is responsible providing user support for our workflow applications. Responsibilities include assisting with project management, process mapping, product enhancements, maintenance, deployments, creating scripts and performing testing for enhancements, creating and maintaining documentation, maintaining Teams and Sharepoint sites, monitoring and resolving help desk issues, responding to user requests and assisting with projects based upon expertise and workload.

    Other responsibilities for the CSO Workflow Support Administrator position include, but are not limited to:

    • Setting and meeting multiple established goals, priorities, and deadlines

    • Ability to organize tasks, schedules, and resources efficiently to ensure that projects run smoothly

    • Ability to partner with CVS Vendors to execute enhancements

    • Cross training on other critical roles within the CSO Workflow management team, and provide support as needed

    • Collaborating with internal partners to assess processes periodically and recommend areas for improvement- Ensuring all processes are executed with consistency, reliability, and accountability

    Required Qualifications

    • 2 years of business/client experience- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office, and other business-related software

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in highly regulated industry and compliance environment

    • Experience with highly complex, inter-connected systems and business processes

    • Experience working in a matrix environment

    • Familiarity with Project Management Tools

    • Familiarity with Visio

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented in a process-driven environment- Collaborative mindset- Excellent communication skills- Team-oriented attitude and approach to completing assignments- Ability to communicate with and manage expectations in a cross-functional environment- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on-time- Quickly identify and escalate issues in a constructive manner to the appropriate resource- Demonstrate desire to take ownership of projects to see them to successful execution- Ability to understand process workflows and cross-business impacts and dependencies- Reliable, resourceful, flexible, and known for a sense of initiative- Professional attitude and work habits

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

    Education

    High School Diploma or equivalent GED

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is

    $40,600.00 - $89,300.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
