    Responsibilities

    This role falls within one of The Resource Group's Solution Support Communities: a group of teams focused on maintaining the integrity and evolution of critical business functions. These Communities provide support across The Resource Group solution offerings to strengthen business continuity, increase growth, and enhance customer experience. Information about the responsibilities for this role can be found below:

    • Supports stakeholders with financial analysis, project management, reporting, and measuring of data/statistics

    • Develops tools using Excel and/or Access skills to implement, track, and report the performance metrics for facility supply expense improvements

    • Interprets financial trends and business/economic forecasts in relation to the performance metrics and provides recommendations to leadership

    • Consults and advises stakeholders regarding contract impact

    • Assists in development of internal controls and validation of supply chain rebates

    • Assists in development, analysis, and evaluation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), quotes, bids, and reverse auction contracting strategies

    Requirements

    Education

    • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

    • A Bachelor's degree
