    Position Summary:

    Implementation Managers are responsible for onboarding new and/or existing clients joining CVS Caremark and/or strategic products. This is a client facing role. As an Implementation Manager Analyst you will support overall implementation projects. Responsibilities include development and management of overall project plans to drive to specific milestones, risk assessment and mitigation, and effectively collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and predictable outcomes.

    Required Qualifications:

    Project Management (1-3 years)

    Microsoft Office Tools experience (1-3 years)

    Strong written and verbal communication

    Future travel to client meetings or onsite training may be required - 10-25% depending on specific role

    Candidates required to work in Hybrid Model and expected to go onsite for onboarding and team meetings. Preference for candidates to reside in HUB locations, Scottsdale, AZ - Irving, TX - Northbrook, IL.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    PBM or Health Plan experience

    Client implementation experience

    Education :

    HS Diploma required

    Bachelor's degree preferred

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is

    $43,888.00 - $93,574.80

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
