• Design and execute industry-leading products from concept creation to commercialization, setting new standards in performance and style.

Dive deep into consumer insights and collaborate with the design team to infuse seasonal themes with fresh, relevant ideas.

• Work closely with senior design management and PLMs , blending creativity and strategy to shape standout seasonal themes.

What do you need to succeed?

We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you'll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 6+ years of experience designing and developing innovative footwear.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are

• Deep expertise in footwear construction , with a keen understanding of the intricacies that make a shoe both functional and stylish.

• Proven experience in creating technical design packages and bringing industrial product designs to life, from concept to completion.

• A track record of designing successful products that have made a mark in the industry and delighted consumers.

• Skilled in design research and trend analysis , always staying ahead of the curve and infusing fresh ideas into your work.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the technical needs for performance footwear , ensuring every design meets the highest standards of functionality and innovation.

• Proficient in adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Effectively manage timeline and problem solve quickly

• Future vision, High taste-level and strategic thinking

• Ability to translate consumer knowledge and insights into product solutions and narratives

• Proven experience working in cross-functional teams

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

Hiring Range :

$96,768.00 USD - $120,960.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
