    You Are:

    An airline technology guru, with broad experience delivering across the value chain from commercial, operations, and back office airline systems. Able to lead technology project delivery teams as well as be a SME for proposal conversations and develop deep relationships with clients. Will also bring an airline lens to new tech areas that other Accenture colleagues will bring, helping to craft key messages for how solutions will support and accelerate the business.

    The Work:

    • Solution and deliver airline technology projects that transform clients' business functions.

    • Lead teams to design, build, test, and deploy prototype and production solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly

    • Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that accelerate the clients business

    • Analyze technical and functional integration requirements

    • Contribute to all tech services - SI, AMS, IMS

    • Serve as an airline technology SME and collaborate with airline account teams to show capabilities to clients

    • Craft key proposal messages and POVs to grow Accenture's airline tech business

    Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

    What You Need:

    • A minimum of 15 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically System Integration

    • Experience implementing IT projects at least three airlines globally, two of which at least should be in the US

    • A minimum of 6 years of Agile experience, preferably SaFe certified

    • A minimum of 10 years of experience managing offshore resources.

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)

    Bonus Points If:

    • Experience with airline refund solutions

    • Experience in leading sales proposals

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth ~~~ accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

    Colorado $131,100 to $261,300

    District of Columbia $139,600 to $278,200

    New York $121,400 to $302,400
