    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Air Import Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Air Import Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the shipment of goods via air freight from international suppliers to our domestic facilities. This role requires great organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a comprehensive understanding of import regulations and logistics processes.

    salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate air import shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer requirements.

    • Communicate with international suppliers, airlines, and freight forwarders to arrange bookings and obtain necessary documentation.

    • Prepare and process import documentation including customs clearance, invoices, and other related paperwork.

    • Monitor shipment status and update stakeholders on shipment progress and any issues that may arise.

    • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.

    • Resolve any shipment delays, discrepancies, or issues promptly and efficiently.

    • Maintain accurate records of shipments and prepare reports as needed.

    • Collaborate with internal departments such as purchasing, sales, and warehousing to ensure smooth operations.
