Agriculture Program Manager - Southern California
Must live in Southern California
ICF is currently seeking a Program Manager to join our energy efficiency implementation team in Southern California. The selected candidate will serve as the Program Manager in support of a variety of Agriculture Sector-focused programs.

What you will be doing:
Overall management of program performance including financial management, contract deliverables, strategic planning, quality assurance, and operational efficiencies
Coordinate with client to ensure all program objectives are met and adjust as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with major local subcontractors and trade allies to support their participation in the programs
Align marketing, promotional, and merchandising activities for program promotion and customer acquisition.
Analyze market trends and technologies to enhance deployment opportunities for program advancement.
Assist in the direct support of client outreach, meetings and ad hoc requests including 1-on-1 monthly client meetings.
Management of direct reports including but not limited to timesheet/expense approval, PTO approval, regular individual check-in meetings, and annual performance reviews.
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
Bachelor's degree (Concentration in Engineering or Energy Resources, Sciences, Sustainability, Business, or related field) or 7+ yrs related work experience.
5+ years of related work experience with managing energy efficiency programs
What we would like you to have:
Expertise with energy efficiency and U.S. policies for residential energy programs
Knowledge of energy efficient practices, energy codes and technologies applicable to the agriculture sector.
Strong leadership and management skills to help grow and lead a team.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to establish influential partnerships at all levels.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$72,402.00 - $123,084.00
