    Description

    Responsible to develop relationships with candidates that would make good agents representing Bennett. Follow sales schedule diagram to close deals in a timely fashion. Assure that candidate meets the core values, background and customer protection rules of Bennett.

    • Identify and maintain relationships with perfect agent candidates. Work incoming agent candidates real time, maximum is within 24 hours. Recruit both asset, fleets and broker agents.
    • Commit to communications and information and return at date/time promised. Follow up.
    • Know when to start closing on candidate based on training experience and bring in team members that need to be involved for success.
    • Report out on pipeline
    • Grow Bennett's revenue every year with new agent revenue by a minimum of 5%
    Qualifications

    Office environment skill set, preferred

    Customer service

    Core values mandatory

    Data entry experience

    Mandatory knowledge of trucking industry preferred

    Knowledge of broker industry mandatory
