    The Operations Aftermarket Planning and Controls Specialist is responsible for serving many internal customers and departments. This role requires an analytical mind along with good communication skills. The individual must have attention to detail and accuracy, with a high focus on interpreting and translating engineering drawings, tables, specifications, and data sets.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist and document future FT8 & FT4000 forecast requirements

    • Assist and maintain shop/asset forecast

    • Assist and lead forecasting process changes

    • Review, update, and analyze FT8 and FT4000 forecasts database

    • Update Min/Max in SAP based on buyer feedback

    • Upload FT8 and FT4000 Forecast in SAP

    • Create and maintain FT8 & FT4000 Spares Part Lists

    • Support new unit department with spares proposals

    • Review and approve engineering changes

    • Assist in gathering and updating FT8 & FT4000 Configuration Data

    • Assist production planning in updating SAP Configuration Data

    • Assist and categorize FT8 & FT4000 service bulletins and their incorporation into the fleet

    • Review and approve daily inventory transfer requests

    • Create, analyze charts, tables, and data to identify opportunities to move inventory

    • Facilitate delivery assurance and expedite shop material

    • Assist spares Reps/CSM with spares sales

    • Conduct root cause/corrective action on group performance metrics

    • Execute ad hoc projects as required

    Work Environment

    The company specializes in mobile Power Generation derived from Pratt & Whitney Engines that used to fly planes and now bring power all over the world. They are centrally located near many restaurants and high-end shopping. The office building is a semi-high rise with modern and sophisticated décor. The attire is business casual to business dress depending on meetings or client visits. This is a growth business with both legacy and new aero derivative product offerings in the 30 to 140MW power generation business segments. The company offers competitive pay, paid PTO, and holidays.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $42.00
