A Brief Overview Works within the Aetna Health Digital team, creating an outstanding digital experience for our members. The Aetna Health Value Tracking, Reporting, and Analytics team supports the Aetna Health Digital organization by enabling a value-driven roadmap, through feature measurement and support. The Analytics Product Manager will partner with our Plan Sponsor Engagement Leads to deliver best-in-class tools for plan sponsor digital reporting. This will include understanding the reporting requests from Plan Sponsors, the competitive landscape, and other internal capabilities, developing a robust feature roadmap and backlog, and partnering with analytics to deliver features. What you will do:
Position Summary
Partner across internal and external stakeholders to identify and capture Plan Sponsor Reporting end-user needs.
Partner with Engagement Leads, Engineering, Product, Service Operations, and other stakeholders to determine and prioritize feasibility and desirability of requirements.
Develop, refine, prioritize, and socialize the Plan Sponsor reporting roadmap and backlog.
Partner with both Aetna Health and Tableau development teams to align on tagging and data pipelines required to deliver desired reporting.
Support additional Aetna Health Analytics product needs, such as utilization reporting, and the Aetna Health Scoreboard.
Required Qualifications
7+ years relevant work experience, e.g., product management, project management, analytics dashboard development, engagement management
4+ years as product owner/manager
3+ years in SAFe product development delivery framework
2+ years experience utilizing omnichannel, e.g, calls, email, digital, data to inform decision making
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managed healthcare
Experience building data pipelines
Experience utilizing Tableau, or equivalent tool
Education
Pay Range
$118,450.00 - $284,280.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
