We are searching to add an experienced Advisor Assistant to join the team who is responsible for supporting our President and Managing Advisor.

What You'll Do

• Manage client meetings.

• Appointment Preparation

• Providing exceptional service to clients

• Insurance Applications

• Report Preparation

• Product Updates

• Handle claims and underwriting issues

Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success

• Experience in a fast-paced insurance environment where high attention to detail is critical.

• While there is not a sales component to this position, LLQP is required.

• Proficient in living benefits and permanent life insurance

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills

• Excellent computer skills and a high proficiency with a variety of computer software programs

• Positive self-starter who can work successfully in a small team environment.

• An effective multi-tasker with a high attention to detail

• Previous insurance experience is necessary (Life or Disability).

• LLQP Licensed
