    ADVANCED PRACTICED PROVIDER (APP) - Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant - Surgery Inpatient - Camden, NJ

    This Surgery position will have a broadened service coverage to include Urology, ENT and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

    he Advanced Practice Provider - APP (Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant) assumes responsibility for providing advanced medical care practice within a clinical specialty and the scope of education.



    In consultation with other members of the health care team, strengthens advanced medical care practice and promotes positive patient outcomes.

    Responsibilities include clinical practice, staff and patient education, and research.



    The Advanced Practice Provide serves as a significant member of the multidisciplinary health care team in the inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.

    Education Requirements:

    Masters - Nurse Practitioner (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA)

    NJ Physician Assistant

    License/Certification Requirements:

    License (or Certification): NJ-APN & RN or NJ PA and AHA

     BLS is required. APN - Acute Care certification.

    Special Requirements:

    Scheduled Days / Hours:

     Full Time; day shift; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; 12-hour shifts (varies)
