Advanced Practice Provider PRN - Hematology Oncology

Short Description:
The Advanced Practice Nurse assumes responsibility for advanced nursing practice within a clinical specialty.

In consultation with other members of the health care team, strengthens nursing practice and promotes positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include clinical practice, staff and patient education, and research.

The Advanced Practice Nurse serves as a significant member of the multidisciplinary

health care team in the inpatient, outpatient and community settings.

Education Requirements:

Master's degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assist is required.

License/Certification Requirements:

New Jersey Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license is required.

American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
