We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation's most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,400 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity is in Greenwood, Indiana, at the Stones Crossing Health Pavilion.

    Highlights

    Community Health Network seeks a pediatric medicine or family medicine trained and certified advanced practice provider to work with our outpatient pediatrics practice Greenwood Indiana, just south of Indianapolis.

    • An established, collegial, team-oriented practice with a large patient panel

    • Outpatient-only

    • Single EMR (EPIC)

    • Convenient location in a shared practice space with family medicine and pediatrics

    • Market competitive salary and benefits package

    • An experienced, multi-disciplinary team, including 3 pediatricians, 3 family medicine physicians, and 2 FNPs)

    Licensure and Certification

    • Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana. Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification or PANCE or have current national certification; must maintain certification on an ongoing basis.

    • Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing; or the Indiana State Physician Assistant Committee; must maintain eligibility for prescriptive authority on an ongoing basis.
