    Insight Global is looking for a Clinical Informatics Lead with Oracle Health (Cerner) experience to support design and configuration activities, support strategy realization, engagement with clinicians, and Cerner translation expertise. This role is dynamic and requires a blend of technical expertise, clinical knowledge, and strong communication skills to effectively support and enhance healthcare delivery.

    As the overall project advances through the go-live milestones, clinic specific work will be required for validation, testing and readiness.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Degree or diploma in a health-related discipline

    • Minimum of 5 years experience in a health-related field. Ideally with Canadian Cerner implementation/informatics experience for at least 2+ years

    • Experience supporting technology adoption and related services in a complex healthcare organizational environment

    • Ability to relay or explain complex issues or difficult scenarios to clinical and business staff

    • Ability to solve a range of complex problems; identify innovative solutions; and, use clinical best practice knowledge of internal and/or external business issues to improve service

    • Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to solve high-risk, complex issues

    Organizational Skills, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines null
