  • Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance sector in SYRACUSE, New York, 13210-2306, United States. The role is for an Administrative Coordinator, where you will be expected to oversee all office and secretarial support functions of a department, office, or major organizational sub-unit. In addition to this, you will also assist staff in areas such as recruitment and training, budget preparation, and data analysis.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate office and secretarial support functions

    • Assist in recruitment and training processes

    • Prepare and manage the department's budget

    • Analyze data and prepare reports, including conclusions and recommendations for administrative problems

    • Oversee and interpret office operating policies and procedures

    • Supervise support staff and ensure efficient operation of all administrative/secretarial support functions

    • Manage technical support for the office or department, when necessary

    • Use Banner Ads, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, and CRM for various administrative tasks

    • Handle inbound calls and manage calendars effectively

    • Perform basic office tasks and onboard new employees

    • Administer the budget effectively using Office Suite. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance sectors.

    • Skilled in using Banner Ads and Cisco Webex Meetings to coordinate and execute online meetings and advertising initiatives.

    • Knowledge of Concur for managing travel and expense reports within the organization.

    • Experience in using CRM systems to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.

    • Able to handle and answer inbound calls, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

    • Skilled in calendar management, able to schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and deadlines effectively.

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with staff, patients, and other stakeholders effectively.

    • Proficiency in Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for creating reports, presentations, and data analysis.

    • Experience in administrative office tasks, including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

    • Possession of basic office skills, such as faxing, mailing, and managing office equipment.

    • Experience in onboarding new employees, including handling paperwork, orientation, and initial training.

    • Familiarity with budget administration, able to monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions. TalentMatch®
