    We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Santa Barbara, California. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be actively involved in supporting community initiatives, planning and coordinating workshops, and fostering relationships with local partners. This role is pivotal in promoting community outreach and maintaining strong connections with healthcare professionals, non-profit organizations, and government bodies.

    Responsibilities

    • Foster and nurture relationships with local partners such as healthcare providers, senior care organizations, non-profits, and college nursing programs to support the Advance Care Planning (ACP) Program.

    • Assist in organizing and planning educational workshops for the community, focusing on ACP, grief, and general programs.

    • Create and share promotional materials such as flyers, articles, and social media posts to spread awareness about ACP.

    • Collaborate with the Community Initiatives Manager and Volunteer Department to recruit and train volunteers, with a focus on Spanish-speaking individuals.

    • Develop and sustain strong relationships with community groups, healthcare professionals, and government organizations to bolster the ACP program.

    • Identify new avenues to engage with potential partners and expand the ACP program's reach within the community.

    • Advocate for ACP, educating the public about its importance regardless of life stage.

    • Support the growth of community initiatives by tracking activities and maintaining well-organized and up-to-date information.

    • Utilize skills in CRM, Answering Inbound Calls, Budget Processes, Calendar Management, Communication, Spanish Language, Community Outreach, Employee Training, and Recruiting Activities.

    Requirements

    • Bilingual in Spanish required

    • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms

    • Experience in answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently

    • Understanding of budget processes and financial management

    • Expertise in calendar management and scheduling

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    • Experience in community outreach programs and initiatives

    • Proven experience in employee training and development

    • Experience in managing recruiting activities including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
