  • Description We are looking to add a dynamic Administrative Coordinator to our team in the manufacturing industry, located in Poway, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the sales team, responding to emails, and collaborating with marketing and product teams for administrative tasks. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and will be a key addition to our team.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to the sales team and VP of sales

    • Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner

    • Assist in pulling sales orders to ensure customer satisfaction

    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on administrative details

    • Work in a diverse office environment, liaising with multiple personality types

    • Utilize management systems to organize and track tasks

    • Utilize Microsoft Office Suites including Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily tasks

    • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

    • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

    • Assist in other administrative duties as needed. Requirements - Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

    • Experience with the 'About Time' management system

    • Ability to handle administrative tasks such as data entry and administrative assistance

    • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with all levels of management, including the C-Suite

    • Proficient in handling computer data entry tasks

    • Proven ability to manage and organize correspondence effectively

    • Prior experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred

    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

    • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
