Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing essential support to the Chief Operating Officer's office and the Retail Banking Department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping improve operational efficiencies within the Bank.

• Prepare meeting agendas for department meetings
• Create and manage monthly reports
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings and presentations
• Track and manage referrals within the department
• Cover the reception desk as needed
• Audit sales results and generate detailed sales reports
• Produce CRM reports to track key performance indicators
• Demonstrate exceptional responsiveness to internal and external customer needs, applying sound judgment in decision-making
• Work on various projects aimed at improving operational efficiencies

• Associate's degree (A.S.) required
• Minimum of 2 years of executive assistant or administrative support experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong understanding of Retail Banking products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor offerings
• Familiarity with the products and services of the Bank's subsidiaries

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
