Straight Flight is located on the south side of Denver at the Centennial Airport, the nation's 3rd busiest non-commercial airline airport. We are in the heart of private aviation with 385,000 takeoffs and landings in 2022 with over 880 based aircraft on the field. Straight Flight offers unique services above scheduled inspections and servicing to our aircraft customers that include Heavy Structural Repair // Composite Repair // Paint // Avionics Repair // Deutsche Aircraft - Dornier 328 Factory Service Center // Garmin Dealer // BF Goodrich De-Ice Install Center to mention a few.     Primary responsibilities will include duties related to front desk management in a small office environment. Employee will be responsible for answering phones, greeting customers and vendors, receiving payments for counter sales, processing incoming/outgoing mail, ordering office supplies, and preparing aircraft inspection packages.

    Employee must have effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interface with personnel at all levels, both verbally and in writing and perform miscellaneous other office duties as required by management.

    Salary & Benefits

    • 5 - day work week, Monday through Friday (minimum 40 hours a week)

    • Day Shift 8:00AM to 4:30PM

    • Salary range - $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience

    • Company sponsored health benefits after 30 days

    • 401K available after 30 days - company match has vesting period

    • Personal Time Off (PTO) available after 30 days

    Applicant Requirements:

    • High School Diploma required; Associates Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

    • 2 + years of Accounting experience preferred.

    • Accuracy and attention to details, with the ability to work independently.

    • Ability to successfully prioritize multi tasks with good judgment

    • Proficiency in standardized software applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

    • Experience with multi-line phone system preferred
