  • Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for an experienced Administrative Assistant role.

    Type: 40hrs/wk. Temp to Perm

    Start Date: Within two to three weeks.

    Location: Intersect of Pine Street and Davis Street in San Francisco, CA. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying.

    Pay: $35.21 to $ 35.21/hr

    Length: Temp to Hire

    Hours : 8am to 5pm; M-F

    PLEASE NOTE: This is an in-office, onsite position. No other options available.

    Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant role include:

    • Providing primary and back-up phone coverage, directing calls to appropriate parties.

    • Coordinating international/domestic travel and hotel arrangements, including creation of extensive trip itineraries and expense reimbursement requests.

    • Coordinating arrangements for meetings, including scheduling, reserving conference rooms and ordering

    • lunch, when necessary.

    • Ordering office supplies as required.

    • Process and track invoices for payment and follow up as appropriate.

    • Assist in onboarding & offboarding process including desk coordination, floor access, id creation, etc.

    • Preparing materials for presentations/meetings, including typing, proofreading, photocopying and distribution.

    • Providing timely and accurate follow-up to projects assigned.

    Qualifications for this Administrative Assistant role:

    • Completed High School Diploma or GED.

    • Must have excellent attendance.

    • A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience supporting leadership.

    • Previous experience in travel arrangement, calendar scheduling and processing expenses.

    Pay Details: $35.21 per hour
