Job Title: Administrative Support
Job Description
This position will provide administrative support on a 3-month assignment covering for a leave of absence. The primary function of this role involves entering orders into the JDE (ERP system). While experience with ERP systems is not required, the aptitude to navigate and enter necessary order information is essential.
Responsibilities
Enter orders into the JDE (ERP system).
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Scan and save documents using a copier and email, then upload them in a specified format or drive.
File documents, both physical and electronic, as required.
Ask appropriate questions and take detailed notes to ensure accuracy.
Learn new tasks quickly and efficiently.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to scan, save, and upload documents.
Strong attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Computer savvy with the ability to navigate software systems.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes.
Work Environment
This position is 100% on-site, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (with potential adjustments of 30 minutes on either end). The dress code is professional (collared shirt with a tie and dress shoes/dress slacks with a nice blouse or sweater and dress shoes)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
