Job Description
Admin Assistant provides support to the departments' daily operations by handling tasks, including but not limited to managing schedules, organizing files, handling correspondence, facilitating communication between team members, preparing reports, presentations, organizing events and managing office supplies. Admin Assistant contributes to the efficiency of the office environment through administrative and clerical duties.

Skills and Requirements
Proficiency in MS tools/application
Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and work pressure
Problem-solving skills for addressing travel-related issues
Preferably with friendly and positive personality null
