    Position Summary This position will provide support to MPL's Strategy & Learning Development team, as well as perform key administrative functions for teams across MPL contributing to the overall success of our programs. The successful candidate will be able to carry out all assigned responsibilities and balance the broad, varied, and in some cases complex needs of multiple individuals and teams with minimal guidance and supervision. The candidate must be able support staff, works autonomously and demonstrates innovation and flexibility in performance of daily tasks.  The candidate will be highly self-motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as interact with internal and external stakeholders professionally. Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative & creative support for MPL events such as town halls, culture workshops, employee feedback sessions, leadership summits, and leadership strategy sessions.

    • Coordinate logistics for the distribution of MPL annual awards & strategy documents.

    • Serve as the SharePoint site owner & records coordinator for multiple teams across MPL.

    • Perform administrative functions for teams across MPL including booking conference rooms, coordinating travel, ordering supplies, gathering weekly notes, and other administrative functions as requested.

    • Serve as the liaison with Creative Services and Communication for all team needs.

    • Schedule, plan, and organize all logistical details for in-house and off-site meetings, etc., as needed.

    • Manage invoices.

    • Handle confidential data and matters in a discreet and professional manner.

    • Work as a team player with other assistants and teams.

    • Special projects as required.

    • Effectively prioritizes work, meets deadlines, while anticipating needs and requirements.

    • Proactively support assigned leader(s) in all assigned responsibilities, taking direction from multiple staff members and balancing the needs of the group.

    Education and Experience

    • High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree or equivalent in business administration or related field preferred.

    • Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant experience. 

    • Proficient in office management & current computer/office communications technologies.

    • Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience.

    • Experience with event planning or coordination is a plus.
