  • DESCRIPTION

    The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will manage schedules, coordinate meetings,schedule travel, prepare reports, and perform various administrative tasks as needed.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for assigned senior executives.

    • Travel Arrangements: Organize and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.

    • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for executive meetings. Ensure all necessary materials are available for meetings.

    • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism.

    • Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintain accurate records and files.

    • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and always maintain confidentiality.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.

    • Skills:

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

    • High level of professionalism and discretion.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.

    Working Conditions:

    • Office-based role with up to 10% travel.
