Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Administrative Assistant in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. This role is located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, United States. As an Administrative Assistant, your primary duties will be to provide support to the CFO, assist with the planning and execution of the Finance/Accounting Town Hall, and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendar conflicts, and submitting expense reports.
Collaborate with other administrative personnel to align busy calendars and coordinate meetings.
Facilitate communication with other team members, particularly when the CFO is running late for meetings.
Assist in the planning and execution of the Finance/Accounting Town Hall.
Coordinate meetings for direct reports that include the CFO.
Take charge of the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up their workstations.
Ensure the accurate maintenance of customer credit records and process credit applications efficiently.
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed. Requirements - Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
Experience in providing training and development to staff
Strong planning and organizational skills for effective task management
Skilled in using Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email communication and scheduling
Basic understanding of finance and accounting functions
Experience with onboarding new employees
Proficiency in calendar management for scheduling and coordinating meetings
Ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint for creating effective presentations
Experience in supporting C-Suite executives
Skilled in conducting and coordinating interviews
Ability to schedule meetings efficiently, considering all participants' time zones and schedules
Experience in coordinating meetings with both onshore and offshore teams
Ability to submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
Knowledge of TRICARE health program is a plus
Familiarity with NIS (Network Information Service) is advantageous. TalentMatch®
