Job Summary:
As our Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, as well as ensuring our guests have an Experience of a Lifetime.
Job Specifications:
Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $27.00 / hour
Shift Type: Full Time
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing phone calls and communication from calls to the Race Director and coaching staff
Responsible for the processing of new and old memberships
Responsible for the processing of locker assignments
Responsible for the proper handling of all monies regarding memberships and lockers and proper reconciliation with accounting
Responsible for communication with clubs and other race organizations regarding scheduling and changes as directed by the Competition Director
Responsible for the secretarial needs of the coaching staff
Responsible for the management and proper running of the Innkeeper Series
Attend management training sessions
Responsible for assisting the needs of the department during competitive events
Job Qualifications:
Computer friendly with spreadsheet knowledge
Ability to operate a motor vehicle
Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to use The Split Second Timing System and assist with the running of all competitive events
Familiarity with the NASTAR System
Familiarity with all the competitive programs
Commitment to guest service
Ability to ski or snowboard at an advanced level
Physical Demands (to include, but not limited to the following):
Ability to lift 50 pounds (medium lifting)
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Certifications/Diplomas/Prerequisites:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
The expected pay range is $20.00 - $27.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
