  • ASRC Federal is seeking qualified candidates for the Assistant Customer Technical Representative (ACTR) to support our PEO Digital customer located in the Washington DC Navy Yard

    Job Location: Navy Yard, Washington, D.C.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    • Provide an Assistant Customer Technical Representative (ACTR) for the PEO Digital Customer. The candidate will be expected to:

    • Order new NMCI seats.

    • Request changes to existing NMCI services.

    • Track, coordinate, and resolve day-to-day software, hardware, and NMCI operational issues, maintenance, and upgrades.

    • Take corrective action to initiate the resolution of application outages within one hour of notification.

    • Assist with technical refreshes of NMCI assets. Examples of support include providing notifications of upcoming tech refreshes, providing instructions received from NMCI to users, and assisting with basic troubleshooting as required.

    • Provide guidance and training regarding NMCI matters.

    • Track NMCI expenses for services.

    • Communicate NMCI guidance to the assigned Government organization.

    • Address NMCI user issues by assisting with basic troubleshooting as required. For more complex issues, refer the users to the NMCI help desk.

    • Track items such as computers, cell phones, and Wi-Fi devices issued to personnel.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Administer, test, and implement computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems.

    • Coordinate changes to computer databases.

    • Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard computer databases.

    • Maintain databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • Mostly onsite - normal office environment

    • Possible one (1) to three (3) days of remote work per week

    Requirements :

    • At least 2-3 years of related work experience.

    • Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties

    • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, coordination, and data mining skills

    • Excellent oral and written skills

    • Excellent organizational skills

    • Ability to work independently and as a team member

    • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    CLEARANCE LEVEL:

    • DoD Secret Security Clearance

    EDUCATION:

    • Bachelor's degree
