    Windsor adult education in collaboration with the Windsor Family Resource Center, Windsor Youth Service Board, and Windsor Social Services is actively looking to hire a part-time Activity Specialist to staff our collaborative child activities hours.

    The ideal candidate will provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children between the ages of 3-7 years old.

    Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, certifications in CPR/First Aid, Early Childhood Education. Experience working with children. Strong communications and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children. Must be reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.

    This position requires a commitment of 8 hours per week, on Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 AM-Noon. This position starts on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 and ends on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. We follow the WPS school calendar including weather related delays or closings.

    The location is room A1 at LPW located at 599 Matianuck Avenue, Windsor.

    The hourly pay rate is $18.00.
