  • Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

    Job Description

    As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will process and post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner. You will generate and send out invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. You will monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with clients to secure timely payments. You will reconcile discrepancies in accounts and resolve billing issues with customers. You will collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries related to invoices and payments. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions and assist in the development and implementation of credit and collection policies.

    Responsibilities

    • Process and post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.

    • Assist in the development and implementation of credit and collection policies.

    Essential Skills

    • 1+ year of B2B collections experience.

    • Proficiency in Excel, including V Lookups.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience in collections.

    • Strong attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication skills.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00
