Accounts Receivable Clerk

Job Responsibilities

• Effectively manage cash applications and deductions processes to ensure alignment with departmental procedures

• Use cash application tool and Oracle to review customer remittances and apply payments

• Create deductions in Oracle

• Develop and apply credit memos

Requirements - Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Experience with Billing procedures and Cash Applications

• Ability to handle Cash Collections and Commercial Collections

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Experience with Oracle for database management

• Familiarity with Remittance processes

• Ability to work in a fast-paced Wholesale Distribution industry

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
