Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description

Our growing client in Oceanside is seeking a capable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be responsible for securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor incoming payments, and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

• Perform day-to-day operations including responding to client queries and reconciling the accounts receivable ledger.

• Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

• Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk.

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.

• Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software.
