Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager

Description

We are in search of an Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager to join our operations in Collierville, Tennessee. The role involves supervising and performing hands-on accounts payable tasks, overseeing the team, and ensuring full cycle AP processes are carried out efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the accounts payable team and ensure efficient work delivery

• Handle full-cycle accounts payable processes

• Utilize accounting software systems effectively for data processing

• Ensure accurate account coding in all transactions

• Conduct regular auditing to maintain the integrity of financial data

• Oversee and manage the use of the Automated Clearing House (ACH)

• • Execute accounting functions in accordance with the accrual accounting method

• Use Concur for travel and expense management

• Resolve any accounts payable related issues promptly and efficiently

Requirements - Proven expertise in Account Coding.

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is mandatory.

• Familiarity with Concur software.

• Strong ability in Data Processing.

• Thorough understanding of Accounting Functions.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable (AP).

• Proficient in Accrual Accounting.

• Experience in Auditing.

• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH).
